Hi Kato,
It was good to see you at your normal "work" station at Joe Fortes Library yesterday,
and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
Although you're worried about my catching a bad cold, I'm quite fine this winter.
Yes, last winter, I broke my voice due to a bad cold, but my voice shall sound like that of an enchanting siren as you hope. :)
No cold here, kiddo ... thank God!
...enjoying this lovely (yet cool) weather actually and I hope you are, too.
I read your article:
■"Wright and Japan"
(November 30, 2011)
Thanks so much, Kato Akira Kaato.
It's a really cool name! :)
The above article is fascinating as usual.
... hope you're enjoying this glorious sunny day.
I gotta run; one of my friends has an extra ticket to the Symphony this evening (Brahms, I believe) so is taking me along. Lucky me.
By the way, the following 12-minute clip will take you back quite a few years down the memory lane.
Enjoy it!

Kato, did you enjoy the reminiscent songs of Engelbert Humperdinck?
Oh yes, I did indeed. Those songs remind me of Sendai---my second hometown.
Where is Sendai?
In Japan.
I know...but what part of Japan?
I'll show you the place in the following map:
